Privacy and your records

DISPUTE is a work-evidence application published by Vagrant4. This policy explains how the service handles personal data.
Data processed
- Account data: name, email address, mobile number, password hash, verification status and account timestamps.
- Subscription data: plan, trial and entitlement status, store product identifiers and provider subscription identifiers.
- Referral data: referral code, referring account and reward status. A normalized mobile number may be used to limit duplicate-account abuse.
- Work evidence: projects, time entries, optional location information, photos and generated reports remain local to the device in the current mobile release unless the user explicitly exports, backs up or shares them.
Why data is used
To create and secure accounts, verify email, restore access, provide subscriptions, operate referrals, generate user-requested evidence and reports and prevent abuse.
Service providers
Email delivery providers process verification and password-reset email. Google Play and RevenueCat process subscription and entitlement information. DISPUTE does not sell personal data.
Permissions and choices
Camera, photo-library and location permissions are requested only when related features are used. Location is optional. Users choose when to export, back up, email or share files.
Retention and deletion
Account data remains while the account is active. Users can permanently delete their account in Settings or through the official web deletion page. Google Play and RevenueCat may retain transaction records under their own obligations.
Security
DISPUTE uses HTTPS for production network traffic, hashed passwords and restricted app storage. No system is perfectly secure.
